State Route 25 (SR-25) is a long and relatively rural State highway in the State of Alabama. From US-78 in Leeds northeast to its terminus at the State of Georgia line, SR-25 is the unsigned partner route of U.S. Highway 411. The southwestern terminus of State Route 25 is at its junction with State Route 5 near Pine Hill in Wilcox County. ==Route description== For the first of its route, State Highway 25 travels in a north–south direction. This highway begins by traveling through rural areas of west-central Alabama, connecting numerous small towns in the Black Belt region of Alabama. From Greensboro to its terminus, the orientation of Highway 25 is in a general northeasterly/ southwesterly direction. As this highway begins its northeastward path, it passes through rural areas, villages, and small towns, skirting the southern area of the Birmingham Metropolitan Area in Shelby County.
